Ive gone the past few years, just going the sat and sun this year as I'm not competing.

Arnold is a long shot to get, very heavy security and unless you've got the VIP pass, it would be hard. Ferrigno is $20, last year we saw a lot of the UFC guys were for money as well. EAS should have most of there athletes there but there isn't an announcement out yet. They dropped a bunch of there guys since last year so we'll see who they bring in (possible, Chase Utley, Fitzgerald, Ronnie Brown, Jen Perez, Hasselbeck, etc... If you like bodybuilding, strongman, weightlifting, or powerlifting, it's the who's who of the strength world and you can meet pretty much anyone you want.

I think this year the expo has about 700 booths, the majority of which will have fitness models working at, and you'll have the chance to get tons of free stuff (18 free t-shirts last year on Saturday) Only downside to the Arnold is the massive crowd but it's def worth it. A few of the sports are featuring international olympic teams as well

Brady Quinn, Hasselback, Jen Perez, Mark Weir, James Lauriniatis, and Justin Daerr will be there for EAS, Fitzgerald and Utley will not
