im 0-2 in spring training so far- that is years, not individual cards. i didnt get any back last year, and have yet to recieve even a single reply this year...if i dont get any back this year, i wont waste stamps next year...

This is year 1 for me for ST TTM.
The Palantri post doesn't sound consistant with other SCF posts since I became a member. Maybe I misinterpreted everyones posts saying to wait until ST to send MLB TTMs, and that it's the best time for TTM, etc. etc.
I won't waste my time and money next year either but I'll give all my ST TTM until this time next year to come back (SCF saw JJ Hardy returns from '08 ST just this past month or so).... My Brewers are worth it!
I have a ST TTM out to almost the entire '09 Brewers ST Roster! And some '08 Brewer roster player that are now other teams.
I got my co-worker in to TTM this year and he got Gabe Kapler 1/2 in 7 days. Sent 2/19, return 2/27... still waiting for mine sent around the same time...
Looking forward to Opening Week in Milwaukee for IP autos!

not to the guys I sent to. I guess I will have better luck IP when I am down in Clearwater next week. I know the minor leaguers are always cool.

not to the guys I sent to...

Yeah, I second that. I can understand not to expect my 2 Ryan Braun 8x10 ST TTM back but to the rest of the guys.... "LET'S GET A MOVE ON IT!!" Hah, ha.

I'm seeing about 8-9 Brewers Players ST successes reported thus far... not just on SCF.

There are 34 days left until Open Day (for the Brewers at least), so there is time.

And after all, these ST TTM carry over into the season.... it's not like they get left in AZ!

really? they forward them to the home stadiums? I never heard of that but sounds good. I heard that they usually are pretty good at signing in ST as they are away from home and have lots of down time. I mean, morning practice, afternoon practice, then???

    I sent to
Scott Rolen c/o bluejays (might be a tuff one)
Pat Burrell c/o tampa rays (another tuff one)
    Milt Thompson c/o phillies (coach)
    Davey Lopes c/o phillies (coach)
    Rick Schu c/o Dbacks (coach)

I know that I have others out but havent heard from any of them. I guess I just have to be patient, maybe they will get signed next year!!!

Grady Sizemore and James Loney have been surpirses for me so far this year. I still have a massive amount of requests out though.

All the guys that I sent to have signed in years past- but some of them also appear to take a year or longer to sign, as though they are sending out letters they received in ST in 2008 this year. I'm in no rush since I used the forever stamps. I consider any "current" athlete to be a gamble when it comes to TTM. Granderson is the only guy I got so far, I also noticed Chien-Ming Wang and Brandon Phillips are signing fast this year...so I tried both of them.

Milton Bradley also appears to be a good signer.....for being labeled a "hot head" he appears to be great with the fans.
