    That's cool that he would refund your purchase. On opened items like that most of them state (sometimes boldly and sometimes inconspicuously) in the auction "No refunds" because either they searched the packs or fear the buyer will search the packs and send them back.

    No sense in doing a live break with the higher probability of mediocre hits.

    Break it, save your money on shipping, and if you open it and get 1 GU and 1 AU then call him back with proof it had been sifted through and mabye then ask for a partial refund....
