Gingrich in 2012?
Gingrich talks openly about running in 2012
“Calista and I will look seriously, and we'll probably get our family totally engaged, including our two grandchildren, probably in January 2011, and we'll look seriously at whether or not we think its necessary to do it,” Gingrich told reporters in Ashland, Virginia last night, according to the Richmond Times-Dispatch.
“And if we think it's necessary we'll probably do it,” he said. “And if it isn’t necessary we probably won't do it.”

At this rate, the 2012 Republican primary will be as choked and overgrown as the 2008 one was.

Republican Party needs new people. Even if they have the same message. The Bush/McCain/Gingrich era needs to be over if Reps want to win.
Try Romney. Palin, maybe? Bill Frist, Ron Paul...

Agreed...I would prefer no Romney or Palin. I was hoping Bill Frist would run last year, but after the scandal with his health care company, that idea went down the drain.
