Back in action!
Hello everyone,
as you can see I am not exactly a new member of the site, but due to real life reasons I took a loooong leave of absence from the hobby. At the moment I have been working hard on completing grad school this summer and looking for a job after I finish school, which in these times has certainly been hard though I remain hopeful something will show up. With that, and my excitement with Derrick Rose's draft by my favorite team, I have dusted off the binders that were stowed away in my bookshelf, and come back to the hobby I love. I can definitely say...it's good to be back!
Naturally, due to the current times I am looking to restructure my collection, meaning that I will be trying to move many of the cards I have no interest in anymore but that can still be a nice addition to other collections. On the same note, however, I will be definitely looking to add other pieces to my now more selective personal collection.
I've been a member of other trading sites in the past, so some of you might have even traded with me before. This time around, however, it was an easy choice for me to come back to Sports Card Forum, as it is an awesome site with a ton of nice resources and a great, friendly community.
My interests consist mainly of cards from Chicago Bulls, 49ers and HOF/future HOF Yankees players. For individual players, I like Nene, Anderson Varejao, Rafael Araujo and Leandro Barbosa in basketball, as well as Kurt Warner and Brett Favre in football.
I look forward to trading with you again and meeting new friends in the hobby :D
