Not sure how this works...
Full Name: Joey & Stevie Lynn Bardin
We are both HUGE Ranger fans and we also enjoy watching the Tampa Bay Lightning as we live in Florida.
I have always hated the Panters and always will, she hates them as well.
We love to watch a good hockey game and we listen to XM 204 most of the time when we are in the car unless we are in the mood for some heavy metal.
We recently lost our SPHL team, the Jacksonville Barracudas and with the way things went with our last team (ECHL Lizard Kings) we're pretty sure that pro hockey is done here in the Jacksonville, Florida area.
We do however have an acquintance with the president of UNF Hockey http://www.unfhockey.com Jordan Mckee and are looking forward to the possiblity of being on staff in some way, shape or form.
Back in November, we began working for a vendor at a local flea market. He allowed us to come to his warehouse and take about 10 HUGE boxes of hockey cards home to our house to price and sell for him amounting to over 40,000 cards.
In February after a sale of Red Wings cards to a fan in the Detroit area, we contacted the vendor to let him know that his money was available and that we needed to be paid for our time.
Needless to say, with the economy the way it is, he did not think he needed to pay us and in turn, got very upset and told us to keep the hockey cards and that we could keep the money we made as well. Honestly, I made it sound nicer than what he actually said to us.
The reason I put this on the boards is so that you know that when you are dealing with us, you are dealing with hockey fans that acquired these cards out of a misundersatnding and that we do all our business with integrity and with our fellow hockey fan in mind.
We treat every card like it is our own and make sure to penny sleeve and topload every card before it is sent to the buyer.
We hope to have a long relationship with our fellow fans here on the forums whether we are buying, selling or trading and we feel like we have found a home here on SCF.
