Triple Threat
Head on the news about the Triple Threat to the US. China, North Korea and IRan. All three have been trying to push us more and more since Obamas Election.
Why not they know he wont do anything about it.
Personally im sick of North Koreas Threats, shoot there missle down and tell them to bring it on.
Are we to stand by while these three join forces against us and do nothing to prepare. They have already said they have no plan on what they are going to do.
Obama is trying to make ties with these guys while they make the threats.
Good job electing Obama he is keeping us safe and picking up our economy

How are we suppose to stop them? The way the Soviet Union was defeated was our economy. When Russia started buying into the economic system, they collapsed. The best way to defeat people is bring them our economy, not start a war. If we do not talk to people, we will not be able to stop them.

Iran and North Korea certainly pose a war-like threat. But the much more apt to occur is what China is doing: Slowly buying into our companies until they have majority ownership.
I feel like there is was a major American company recently bought out by Chinese investors. This is free-market capitalism at its finest, and the Chinese are beating us at was once our own game. While China's economy continues to grow, they allow more and more individual economic freedom (i.e., lower particular tax rates), while the USA is raising them on corporations and job providers. We're going the wrong way. It seems so obvious to me, but apparently it's not so clear to Democrats OR Republicans.

IF we stopped having jobs shipped to China and buying Chinas merchandise China wouldnt be where they are today

In other words, our Government needs to allow us to compete in the global market, i.e., back off.

That is exactly right...people complain to no end about "American jobs" going to China and Obama says he's going to end that. So he's going to make employers pay more for health care, reduce or get rid of corporate tax cuts, make companies spend millions/billions to be "more green," he's in favor of unions, etc, etc, etc...basically, his idea to keep more jobs in America is to make the cost of doing business in America increase drastically. Brilliant strategy...The only thing that's going to keep jobs in America is to make it more profitable to do so, which would mean the opposite of all of those things.
