GOP Rep calls on Geithner to 'resign or be fired'
As the furor over AIG bonuses rages on Capitol Hill, a Republican congressman is calling for Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner to "resign or be fired."
"Well before Timothy Geithner became Secretary of the Treasury, he was working hand-in-hand with AIG and other financial institutions to provide them hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer money as one of the key architects of the financial sector bailout," Florida Rep. Connie Mack said in a statement released Wednesday. "I was outspoken against the bailouts then, and I'm even more outraged now."

again, a post that doesn't seem to realize that everything you listed except for the war, can be placed at the feet of Clinton. If you understand politics, you realize that just because something happens during your tenure, doesn't mean you are the cause. some are but some aren't. who's policies caused the divide between fbi/cia/nsa/etc? that would be clinton, not bush.

Those can also be blamed on Clinton. If you think its all Bush's fault you're crazy. Sorry to be blunt. But its just SOOOOO easy to blame Bush. We cant blame Obama for anything, because all he does is bowl, fill out brackets, throw HUGE, expensive parties with music legends, and go on the Jay Leno show. Thats the CHANGE everyone wanted. Obama is just L-I-V-I-N, livin....
