Angels are in a tremendous slump, having lost 4 in a row (3 to the Indians, 1 to Milwaukee, and Wed game pending) at home.

They were scoreless for almost 40 innings (including being shut out Tues in a 17-inning 1-0 loss the the Brew Crew) until they scored a run Wed's game in the 2nd inning and currently are behind 3-1.

But, the cavalry is coming!! Tim Salmon returned Wed. Garret Anderson is expected back this weekend. And Darin Erstad should be back in 1-2 more weeks.

Can the Angels stop their slide, and hang on to 1st place, now currently occupied by both the A's and Angels??
