NOOOO SO AM I PWNED??? (also do i have to give them back the damaged card cuz I kind of like it and its not damaged that bad lol)

If you want a replacement or anything in return then you would have to send it to them. The patch they send you may be better or worse. It might only be one color, it may be multicolor, it will be the same card of the same player, just not damaged.

You can always try contacting them with your complaint, but with all the thousands of people unhappy with their pulls, unless you officially didn't get something they promised (IE: Guaranteed One Auto Per Pack/Box or something like that), they probably will just say I'm sorry you were unsatisfied.

Did the box say average or guaranteed? You might be able to get your missing auto.

yea thanks I talked to them and I just have to send in a UPC and the NBA authenticity sticker and they'll be able to take care of me. It's weird though, they said I needed to get tracking info for the mail I send them (just a regular envelope). Don't know how I'm supposed to do that...

You can do that to any mail. Either add signature confirmation or can always send it priority. I have sent it to them before through USPS and just added something like that. You will get a tracking number the same as you do through paypal.
