    The sport has come a LONG way!

    Yup, it has gone through a lot of changes. I would throw in that Royce Gracie revolutionized the sport, his knowledge and execution of brazilian jiu jitsu changed the UFC forever

    Fascinating stuff..my parents and I still have some of the old UFCs on VHS (we were rather early fans, dating back to 1995, IIRC). I also got the UFC 9 DVD recently to share with my fiance, who hadn't seen any of the UFCs prior to 2004, so that was fun for him to see and me to revisit.

    As much as I like UFC, Pride will always be my favorite though
