He is possibly the most injured player of all-time after Bill Walton; at least some infamous injury players such as T-Mac and Marcus Camby have had past healthy seasons, but I think May has been injured for significant chunks of the season every year since his 05-06 rookie campaign. Larry Brown has also criticized his conditioning and playing shape, which probably contribute to his injury problems.

Really too bad he hasn't done well in the NBA. He did really well in college....similar to Adam Morrison...funny they played on the same team.

His conditioning was never the best.

he got way too fat (fatter than his college days)
and his knees couldnt support him playing basketball so he kept injuring them
really his own fault, would be at strip clubs and resteraunts instead of working out
