I've been burned a couple of times on ebay, so I know how he feels! Either it never shows up at all, or you get trash!

I just checked and no negative was left by the person in the video. Vwsportscards77 has a 99.8% feedback rating. There may be more to this story.

Maybe they did the deal outside of ebay so they couldn't leave feedback. I know I've bought cases and cards from dealers outside of ebay that I had previously bought from on ebay.
