    my 2c, i doubt they do anything for 2 reasons

    1) UD owns fleer now, and UD didnt make that product
    2) its an average print run thats stated, not a guarantee, so, its the bad luck of the draw i guess? :(

    Like I said, I'm not that bothered by it because I got 3 all stars shaq tmac and vince carter jerseys all numbered..and several #d to 199 like dirk etc...it was a good box for 45 bucks, I was just seeing what I could work out of ud for all the damaged cards they've given me.

    Hits usually are based on an average, not a guarantee. For instance, I broke a box of 08-09 SP Authentic for a sponsor, and only got one autograph instead of the usual two.

    yeah, if it says on the box "on average" then i think it's technically okay. but if it guarantees 4 hits then you shold have 4.
