Yeah this was not a replacement, but an accident. If it did not include a replacement letter, then it is an accident on Topps' part.

Cool plate, lucky you!
That just go's to show that all the plates aren't in circulation.
Some guy could have killed himself breaking cases for that card and all the while it was sitting at Topps.
I'd heard about companies not releasing all the plates and now this kinda' confirms that.
