    What is Pete Rose's Address?

    I know it's like:

    Field Of Dreams
    3700 West Flamingo Road
    Las Vegas, NV 89103-4043



    But where do you put his name at? Do you put it at top and take the Field Of Dreams out or do you put it on top of the Field of Dreams or do you not put his name on there at all.?
