I'm a newb, pile it on :)
Whats going on?
Recently found this forum as my interest in trading cards has really peaked. Like a lot of people here, I was a big trader/collector when I was younger. As my teenage years came around, I seemed to get out of the hobby for no particular reason. This continued throughout high school and college.
I'm now 25 years old, out of college, and have a 'big boy' job so I now feel like I can get back into the hobby that I once loved. I'm 'settled' so to speak so I have a more stable ground to start this hobby back again seriously.
Personally, I'm going to try and stick to baseball cards in general. I love the Cincinnati Reds so they will be a big part of my collection. I will also not pass up an opportunity to own a great card whether it be football, basketball, or hockey (Rick Nash & Blue Jackets) so my mind is always open to other sports in that regard. I also enjoy collecting Ohio State players in the various sports.
Eventually, I'm hopefully going to start a blog of some sort whether it be a video or written.
