I have Kaspersky Anti-Virus running on my computer, runs real well. As for other programs, download CCleaner and run that once a week. Get a program like Spybot S&D, free program that finds almost all Spyware. There is a program out there called RemoveITPro that you could try first. It is a program that I used when I thought I had a Trojan and my anti-virus didn't find it. Ran that program and it found it. Other programs are SpywareBlaster and Lavasoft Ad-Aware. As long as you run the programs once a week, you will be fine.

Ry have you ever used MalwareBytes? you should try it.

I have AVG as my antivirus. It is very easy to use.

I also use "Spybot Search and Destroy" and Malware bytes to prevent other stuff like adware, spyware and all that stuff. You can get all of them from CNet.com and they are all free.

The last two will run only if you tell them two. I usually run them once a week.

    Hope this

I never used Malwarebytes, the programs I got are the one's i've been using for years now. I might give it a try though just to check it out.
