    i don't tend to "work out" like a routine
    however, summer is usually the time i sit around a lot (lol SCF)
    so every morning i plan on jogging up the street about half a mile to Dunkin Donuts and getting an Iced Tea (always a fan).
    so maybe that daily will help.

    i also live in a set of town houses, so my mailbox is down at the end of the chain of houses.
    i run back and forth to get my awsome maildays every day, lol

    I run 6 or 7 days a week. Typically anywhere from 3-15 miles. Like to average between 30-65 miles a week depending on where I'm at in training.

    Thought about getting a bike and seeing where that gets me. I can't swim to save my life so triathlons aren't an option, haha.

    Also my new girlfriend said she wants to teach me how to golf. Should be interesting to say the least..

    I don't have a routine, but I play basketball a few times a week, usually for a minimum of 2 hours. I also bike, going a minimum of 10-12 miles each time I ride (2x week in the spring/summer usually). I also have 10 lb hand weights that I do curls with, but there is no routine with that - I just do it til it starts burning, then do it for another 3 minutes or so...lol

    My workout consists of varying locations of walking from my room...either to the fridge, or to the bathroom. But that's about it.

    I do need to start a real workout thing to get in shape though...

    (Football: 5 times a week for 2 hours a day soon pretty soon)

    Monday: Cardio
    Tuesday:Biceps and triceps
    Wednesday: Abs
    Thursday: Legs
    Friday: Biceps and triceps

    That's my workout, dont workout over the weekend unless Im bored and when I do I usually run, bench, or do Abs
