Pissed at Fleer

I bought a few packs of Bazooka and Fleer Tradition last night and I pulled a Elton brand Jersey out of tradition that if I sent in to be graded it would easily come back a 3 or less. Since this is 03-04 wont they replace it?

They probably will replace it, but expect to wait a few months!

I'v opened some Fleer Platinum packs and notices that alot of the cards are smudge with the ink they use to make the cards, there were only some base and inserts but what if i had gotten a sweet card from there and it looked like crap lol
