    Graphics question

    I have a question that maybe one of you graphics experts can answer for me. How do you reduce the size of the banner without changing the dimensions of the banner and the also the file type (gif to jpg)

    gif's are usually smaller file size than jpegs I have a program that allows me to size file as almost an image file I want.
