EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP)—Detroit forward Rasheed Wallace was suspended for the Pistons’ game against the New Jersey Nets on Wednesday night for picking up his 16th technical foul of the season the previous night against Cleveland.

Wallace, who returned to the lineup on Tuesday after missing 11 games with an injured left calf, was hit with a technical late in the third quarter for complaining after Tayshaun Prince was called for a foul on a play that he felt LeBron James should have been whistled for charging.

But that is not accomplishment for Sheed, IMO.

He did 1 T-foul per 2 games around millenium.

And that is T-Foul of Hall of Fame.

At least he's not setting the record for most technical fouls in a season, then breaking his own record the following year anymore. But when it's all said and done, Sheed would probably retire as the NBA's all-time leader in technical fouls.

i love sheed as a person, hate him as a player though. he can leave detroit for all i care. i will totally miss his entertainment and his ability to energize the bench, but will not miss the constant Tech's and idiotic three pointers from half court. thanx
