Today in Nascar History April
Alright-im gonna start it up-instead of posting boring stats I thought id post a few events from the date in nascar history that stand out-and use some pics and videos to entertain and show-i think itll be more entertaining than reading race stats:
So for today-April 3rd-well not a whole lot of races have been run on April 3rd actually:
The most notable was the 1977 Rebel 500 at Darlington. Darrell Waltrip passed David Pearson, Richard Petty, and Donnie Allison on the last lap as they slowed for a crash in turn 4-DW kept his foot in it and beat them to the flag-the car-looked a lot like this one-nickname Bertha...

The other race that is of note sorta-in 2005 Kevin Harvick beat Elliott Sadler to win a wreckfest at Bristol-the race had 2 huge crashes-Jeff Burton and Kurt Busch's, and this big one in turn 3:
alright so that was day one of Nascar History-Ill try to do this everyday for everyone to enjoy.
