    SPA,BTP or else???

    Hello,

Which set of those you think I should start collecting. I've been around pretty much everything now and looking for something nice, not to expensive. I was suppose to score a box of "O" Canada but decide to buy Kane Young Gunz RC for 40$ instead...to complete my set.

    should I start collecting
    SPA?
    BTP
    or
    any suggestion.

    please advise.
    thanks!

You have a lot of products going already, really want to add more?

My personal opinion is that many SPA RCs are going cheap right now. Not an indicator they'll go up, but I'm currently surprised as to the price on some.

If youre a goalie person, clearly BTP is the product. Even I want one of those super glove things.

thanks for the opinion...BTP might be a better product for me since I want to get the joy for my money. SPA seems a bit hit or miss....

BTP can be as well. I've seen a few boxes with one jersey, 2 autos, and a couple masked men, and none of it really enjoyable or valuable.

Between The Pipes has, in my opinion, the nicest memorabilia set in a long time with the Super-Sized Pad cards. The Super Gloves are a nice touch too, but the swatch is smaller and there's no photo of the player.

Not sure what the odds were, they were inserted "randomly" as far as I know. All I know is for the Super-Sized Pads there are 30 silver and 10 gold (12 different players), and for the Super Gloves there are 20 silver and 10 gold (20 different players). Seems to be roughly one of each per case.

I have two SWEET Super-Sized Pads cards incoming, can't wait to show them off!

Chasing case hit cards is major money, especially for pieces that will clearly be collected fanatically by the goalie people. (as a rec hockey player, the one person you learn not to mess with is the goalie. most of them are crazy. LOL)

Goalie collectors, enforcer collectors, and Gretzky collectors. Seems to me to be the order of fanaticalism.
