    2003 Topps Fan Favorites? Any Info?

    I have a 81-82 Topps Wilf Paiement card that has an odd stamp on it. I'm sure the card is a Topps buy-back insert, but can find no info on it.

    Here is a scan of the card and a close-up of the stamp

    The stamp is hard to read, but it says 2003 Topps Vintage Card surrounding a pennant that reads "Fan Favorites"

    They are not listed in the Beckett Big Book Anyone esle find any of these?
