It most likely was a replacement card for a redemption that wasn't made. I received a similar card with Osgood/Hasek for a Parkhurst 06-07 dual auto of D.Williams/D.Semenko that apparently wasn't signed. The Osgood/Hasek card wasn't on the checklist or in any price guide as it was made as a replacement. It will probably show up eventually as they are making their way to ebay as they are sent out by UD.

Not unusual for cards to be unusually absent from the checklists, could be a replacement card that was late coming in and didn't make it to pack-out or it could have been seeded in packs and just left off the checklist by mistake.
