    Luca Sbisa Black Lettermen Redemption?

    Has anyone scratched one of these? I scratched mine this morning and there's no code on it. Are these redemptions different than other ones? Am I missing something here? Any help would be appreciated.

    Sounds like you may have scratched too hard - I've heard of this happening a couple times. Contact UD's customer service, let them know of the problem. They will likely want you to send in a scan of the card to verify that it's missing the code on there, and should be able to take care of you.

    They wont just want a scan, I dont think. I believe they'll ask for the redemption to be mailed in. I guess they're doing this in most cases, as there have been some issues with people not telling them the truth.
