    Who Order Mania?

EDIT: Can Some Mod fix the Title of this tread so i don't sound dumb? It should say who ordered mania.

Its funny, There's a ton of people talking about how bad it was. But most of their complaints seem to be off base from the actual event that took place.

some said that Mark Herny Blew a ton of spot on the ladder... Not true.
People saying the Hardy's Match was bad.... Not true at all.
The Legends /Jericho match was fun. unlike what some of you people are saying.

I'm so sick of wrestling fans feel the need to just talk trash about everything. This show was stellar. yet you feel the need cry about it.
So maybe the Title matches weren't amazing. they were solid. they just suffered from being the two last matchs of the night, and having everyone being emotionally drained from the Undertaker/ HBK Classic.

I didnt order it, not because i thought it would be bad, but from it being so expensive...

From what i've read on wrestling sites that recapped Mania, the Taker/HBK match sounds like it lived up to expectations, i think if this was the main event, people would've been much happier buying the PPV, but because HHH won and there was no swerve to it, people seem like they were cheated i guess?

the 7 people I watched it with loved every minute of it. I think everyone just loves complaining.
i agree that The Orton/HHH match was slow, but I think that that ok. It had a classic wrestling match type feel to it. Like a Flair match in 80's. It didn't have to be a spot fest.

I didn't order it because not enough matches interested me in spending that kind of money when a couple months from now you can buy the DVD with all the extras. There are enough people on line that provide the results for free.

I went to a friend's house and watched it, i don't really follow wrestling as much as my friend, but I thought it was a good ppv. The MITB match was pretty cool, and the Undertaker vs Shawn Michaels match was great, easily the best match last night. I thought the Main Event sort of lacked that element of suprise.

You could also just go online and find a live stream and watch it for free

I watched it, but didn't order it. I thought the event was solid. I couldn't believe WWE made the tag titles a dark match! They should've made the 21 second IC title match or the Diva Battle Royal the match that people shouldn't have seen.

MITB was good, but a little short IMO. I missed the Hardys match, but saw the recap at the end; the crazy ladder leg drop was sick! Taker/HBK was a great back and forth, and there were times I would think HBK would win. The World Heavyweight title was better than expected; I thought the Cena entrance was...interesting, lol. WWE title was so fixed with the slow 10 counts and the begging of the referee of HHH to not get himself disqualified.

I think Wrestlemania was decent, but the price...not so much. I think people are saying it sucked, was because of the lack of surprise. Almost everyone had picked HHH, Cena, and Taker to win and so did I.

    Watched it for free online...

The MITB match had a couple of decent spots, but nothing like in past years. Then again, having guys like Kane, Mark Henry and Finlay severely limits what you can do with a lot of ladders.

The Diva Battle Royal was really pointless. Just seemed like something to get more people a paycheck. It was obvious from the beginning what the swerve would be and who would win.

The IC title match was worthless as well. It was expected that JBL would drop the belt and just walk away, but who does the WWE think they are fooling into believing a 619 at the beginning of the match would knock him out. Especially after he beat on Rey before the match started. Ugh...

The Jericho/Legends match was nicely done. Obviously, they couldn't have Jericho lose this match. It was funny to see how badly Rourke missed with his punches to Jericho after the match.

Triple Threat match was OK, but another one of those where you are limited because of using someone with size as in Big Show. I did enjoy him being caught in the ropes, even though he botched it to begin with by not flipping the ropes properly. Screaming at the ref to let him out after Cena and Edge laid each other out was funny. Predictable ending though.

UT/HBK match stole the show. Everyone had a vested interest in this one. With the rumors of UT and HBK calling it quits after next year's WM, I would not be surprised to see this happen again. Going in, with the way they had HBK getting over UT week after week, I was fairly certain the streak would continue. But the way they pulled you in with every pinfall and finishing move was amazing.

Final match was obviously going to end with HHH victorious. With every title that was on the line already changing hands in the show, he had to retain. I really expected intereference in this one. I thought Cody and Ted would come down and then Vince and Shane would follow. While all that was going on, Steph would have appeared out of nowhere and either handed Trips the sledgehammer or gave Orton a low blow leading into the Pedigree. But like mentioned earlier, as soon as the ref said something to him about the DQ and losing the strap, it solidified that he was going to win. Surprised the Spanish table did not break. I'm thinking it was supposed to and it wasn't set up properly. The go home sequence was alright.

All and all, it wasn't one of the best WMs in the last few years, but it was enjoyable. Defintely not worth what they were charging on PPV, but worth the money I spent to watch it... :)

I think too many people watch wrestling alone. You need to watch it with a group of friends. you get everyone cheering on their guys. you gey to scream and laugh, maybe have few drinks. Just have fun and that was wrestling should be, to me at least. its away for you and your friends to bond and enjoy the night. so $55 split 7 ways, plus the cost and beer whiskey and chips. its totally worth it.

We've ordered in the past, but when you only have interest in one match, it really doesn't matter how many people you have around seeing you have to be interested in it to enjoy it. UT vs HBK would have been the only one I would have wanted to see. Could have cared less about every other match on that card.
