OK, here's the four cards in question:
#13 Rae Carruth (2680/7600) Green in color
#15 Fred Lane (0864/3800) Red in color
#134 Fred Lane (0571/1500) Red in color
#134 Fred Lane (2628/3000) Green in color
The first two cards have a logo almost in the shape of a hurricane that says "Upper Deck 98 SPx NFL Football".
The second two cards have a logo almost in the dhape of a diamond but the bottom is rounded off that says "NFL 98 SPx Youth Movement".
Any ideas?

I'm thinking the cards that are 1 - 180 are #'d to different amounts. Beckett doesn't say anything about cards 1 - 180, they just start at #181.
I have a Derrick Thomas 'Radiance' that's reddish color and is #/5050. So regular is green and Radiance is red.
The Youth Movement is a subset. I believe these are the prices for your cards.
1998 SPx Finite 13 Rae Carruth $0.40 $1.00 (Green/7600)
1998 SPx Finite 134 Fred Lane YM $0.75 $2.00 (Green/3000)
1998 SPx Finite Radiance 15 Fred Lane $0.60 $1.50 (Red/3800)
1998 SPx Finite Radiance 134 Fred Lane YM $1.25 $3.00 (Red/1500)

#13 Rae Carruth (2680/7600) Green in color (base set)
#15 Fred Lane (0864/3800) Red in color (Radiance set)
#134 Fred Lane (0571/1500) Red in color (Radiance set)
#134 Fred Lane (2628/3000) Green in color (base set)
This set is a little tough one if you really don't know what you are looking at. Back in 1998 I was lost when they first came out but now I know a bit more. Of course it took time. Lets take the Fred Lane cards for example. As you noticed there are the different colors (green and red). You should also notice that the logos are different colors. On the fromt of the card the one that is red in color should read RADIANCE. And on the back of some, behind the number it is numbered to (ex. /1500), it sometimes has the subset name. Here is a breakdown of what is numbered to what via the June 2004 Beckett:
Base Set:
1-90 is numbered to /7600
91-120 is numbered to /5500
121-150 is numbered to /3000
151-170 is numbered to /2500
171-180 is numbered to /1250
181-190 is numbered to /1998
191-280 is numbered to /10,100
218,221,239 is numbered to /1998
281-310 is numbered to /7200
311-340 is numbered to /4000
321,338,339 is numbered to /1700
341-360 is numbered to /2700
361-370 is numbered to /1620
Radiance Set:
1-90 is numbered to /3800
91-120 is numbered to /2750
121-150 is numbered to /1500
151-170 is numbered to /1000
171-180 is numbered to /100
181-190 is numbered to /50
191-280 is numbered to /5050
218,221,239 is numbered to /1700
281-310 is numbered to /3600
311-340 is numbered to /2000
321,338,339 is numbered to /850
341-360 is numbered to /900
361-370 is numbered to /540
Spectrum Set:
1-90 is numbered to /1900
91-120 is numbered to /1375
121-150 is numbered to /750
151-170 is numbered to /50
171-180 is numbered to /1
181-190 is numbered to /1
191-280 is numbered to /325
281-310 is numbered to /150
311-340 is numbered to /50
341-360 is numbered to /25
361-370 is numbered to /1
That there should be a complete breakdown on what is numbered to what. With the base of course being the easiest, the Radiance set next in line and the Spectrum set being the hardest. If there are any more questions then just ask away. :)
