Official Thread: Declaring for NBA Draft

Post any links for those that have announced that they are declaring for the NBA draft, and feel free to discuss them too.

If a player declares for the draft, but does not hire an agent, he can still choose to return to his school for the following season.

    Blake Griffin Article

He should easily be the #1 pick. If he returned to the NCAA, there wouldn't be a clear-cut #1 IMO.

Blake Griffin was a no brainer. He should be the #1 pick.

I really hope the Thunder end up with the first overall pick. Durant, Westbrook, Green, Griffin. Wow.

    Devan Downey, USC Gamecocks declared.

    http://www.nba.com/2009/news/04/07/d....ap/index.html

Downey averaged 19.8 points and 4.5 assists a game, ranking third in the SEC in both categories. He led the league with 2.9 steals a game.

He's only 5'9". Lot of guards this year. He'll probably stay for his senior year. Numbers aren't that impressive.
