Heres the deal did a sale got the item it was broken, filled a dispute on here, then got a partial refund so i told the mod it could be closed, then today i find out pay-pal has a hold on those funds and my account was froze! i left the seller who sent me the broken item and is responsible for me not having the $$ or a pay-pal account and negative and i got one in return, i then had a mod removed it, so he left me another negative, the mod then turned it into a neutral so he couldnt leave me anymore negatives, this neutral should be taken off i did NOTHING wrong! and this seller thinks its funny too he also put "ha" has a comment on the second negative so its obviously a game to this childish member.
