    Contests

    Are regular members (meaning not staff) allowed to run contests if there are no fees to enter? Meaning, I want to do one. I have 2 replacements coming in, and I have almost no information on them, but I wanted to do a guessing game, and give away like a jersey, auto, or RC to the winner. Is that allowed?
