i wonder where the sticker came from?

I don't know well about that season buyback.
(Because most of buyback was poor than 1997-98, 1999-00 SP)

But I would be able to assume like this.

    1) Buy a few cheap buyback.
(like Brevin Knight. not sure his were in that season. anyway like that cheap.. )

    2) slice hologram carefully

    3) autograph as "kob8" not "kobe" lol

    4) paste sliced hologram at backside of "kob8" card.

That Seller is pretty honest. I know they come into Chicago once in a while for our larger cards shows. He has a shop in Michigan.

I have no intention to bash, despise and find fault with anything and anyone.

But I saw not many but not less suspicious shill bidding auctions and a few fake autograph like that.
(It's not only for me..not many but not less people has seen that as I know.)

Of course, I had bought a few items and item received well.

    Just my experience.

P.S. : Frankly speaking, I saw that kobe auction from another forum. I don't search Kobe autograph regulary.

Kobe doesn't sign as kob8, he signs as kobe, but the e just curves. But he doesn't really sign a full b it looks more like a v.
