    Any Wrists specialists here?

Reason i ask is because i've now had a hurt wrist for 5 days, i thought at first i slept on it or something, and the pain would go away after a few days, but its progressively getting worse...i cant turn the steering wheel of my car with my right hand, which is the side my wrist hurts on..cant lift my 30 pound dog up with the hand either...

I think i should go see a doctor, i basically cant do anything with it, i am going bowling today, so if it hurts doing that, i know something is wrong...

Probably sprained something...but I'd take it easy this weekend, and if it still hurts, go have a doctor check it out.

Though I can tell you, that if you went bowling with it hurting, that would not have helped it. I went bowling the other day, and it made my wrist hurt, so I don't think putting that much strain on it is a good thing.

    BTW - I bowled a 44 then a 55, lol. My first time bowling ;-)

it hurts when you dont do it alot, i go atleast once a week, i've built tolerance, besides, i enjoy bowling, not even a hurt wrist stops me from doing that :)
