    Gems of the Game?

Ok. I am going to wal-mart today and I am wondering what I should get. I have noticed a few boxes that are labeled Gems? or Gems of the game? one promises a graded crosby in every box and the other I cant remember 20 acks or something like that. Is it worth it to buy either of these? Or stick to the regular blaster boxes?

i say stick with a blaster box or tin of the new stuff this year. the crosby will only be aregular base card most likely and the 20 packs will be lower end. go for fleer, opc, ud1 or ud2, ice, bd if they have it. good luck on whatever you choose

yeah if you can wait, save up for a hobby box. 08-09 spa is the best value for your money, especially if you collect this years rookkies. cant beat hard sgned autos!! ive seen tons of these boxes open, and usually they are hot boxes, with three autos and a pathc, it happens alot. and if you only get three auots, a scheen or stamkos, or mason pays for the box. and they have sweet numbered insert cards. so if you can wait, i say save up and buy a hobby box, it shouldnt leave you too dissapointed. if you dont want to save for a box, then go to a card shop and buy a couple of loose packs of this years stuff, good chances at pulling something.
