I have a question, Can I use my 05/06 SP Authentic Rookie Patch Auto Marvin Williams? Its #'d to 1299 but techinally the first 100 were patch autos and the rest were reg autos, so techinally its #'d to 100.

Wouldn't qualify since we're going by the serial number.

another question. I have a 05/06 Sweet Shot Three Point Shots Dual Jersey auto Sean May. The cards from that set are sp to the players jersey #, which be 42 for Sean. but they didnt stamp Serial # on card. would it count

If it doesn't have a serial number stamped on it, it wouldn't count, I don't believe.

You can enter a card more than once if the card doesn't win the week...so, you could enter it this week, and again in another week, permitting you don't win this week.
