I like the design of the Philly Cards as well. There doesn't seem to be a lot of quality control b/c centering is all over the place and some of the cards look like they were cut w/ a butter knife. I've been looking for a Olson rookie myself.

Very nice! Leroy doesnt get much love at all, he is purely an afterthought as a Browns RB.

I'm finding that out, very talented RB in his own right. Always hard to follow in a legends foot steps even if the player becomes a HOF'er.

I remember watching him as a kid...Leroy was a heck of a running back..An excellent combination of speed and power..He was fun to watch!

Yeah, the QC must have been non existant on these, but that's what kind of makes them a little cool for some reason, to me anyway..I had an Olson at one time and traded it off...Bad mistake, wish I hadn't of done it. Now I find myself looking to replace it!

Pretty cool I never saw him play. I read recently that Kelly wanted to play a few more years, even as a back-up. Modell had no interest in paying Kelly so he retired.
You grew up w/ some pretty good 70's backs: Csonka, Simpson, Harris, Kelly, Riggins, Dorsett, Campbell, and Payton.

I feel same way, maybe its just appreciating the past. Eventually I'd like to add a PSA 6 Olson but they are not listed too often at good price.

Yeah, i'm old...Maybe it's just because i was a kid, but I enjoyed the 70's football and the players more than I do now. It was a different game. The NFL is still my favorite, but just not the same. A couple of other names i enjoyed watching were Chuck Foreman and Terry Metcalf.

From what I have heard and read both were very talented. It seems like Foreman was off to great start till he got injured. I have heard that before about 70's football-a lot of talent during that decade.
I'm a fan of the late 80's and 90's, probably since I started to appreciate the game during that time. I was in elementary school during the 80's and didn't follow the game so I missed alot of the great RB's during their primes: Campbell, Payton, Harris, Dickerson, Riggins, and Dorsett.
