another cool success
yesterday in my mailbox was an autographed 8x10 from speedskating champ and gold medalist derek parra, originally sent an e-mail asking him if there was a mailing address i could send a bobblehead to get autographed, i had got one going to an inland empire 66ers game a few years ago and thought it would be cool to send to him and add to my growing auto'd bobblehead collection.
the pic was inscripted "to chris, best wishes" as well
received the 8x10 31 days after sending original email asking about an address to send a bobblehead to.
very cool
side note , he and a ton of olympic medalists appeared at a inland empire 66ers game for an autograph signing, and i had got him to sign an auto then as well, it was cool to see him there too, he is a native of san bernadino,ca as well
