Amazing card man. The 90's finest was in my oppinion one of the best sets ever produced. If you don't mind my asking how much did you pay for that one? Congrats on adding it to your collection....*Ryan*

not a bad grade with peel. its just off center abit. 90's finest was the best because they came up with the peel idea. very unique

Great card, Great Set!...When i send those in to Beckett, I always have them remove the peel before they slab it...I'm suprised they haven't asked for a service charge for that .

Thanks for the comments and praises everyone! I really appreciate it!

As far as the grading goes, I was not concerned about it at all when I decided to buy it. Reason being, I estimate that only a handful of these Rack Pack refractors have been traded or sold since the 90's. I am not even sure if these were mistakenly released into packs or if they were sold by a Topps employee...so it's definitely not your everyday run off the mill card.

reaxion - Thanks for the comment, glad to see you have interest in the card :-) I will keep the purchase price disclosed for now though. I might have overpaid for the card IMO (the only reason I say that is because I only consider this a hobby, it's not going to provide food on the table lol), but when I think about it...how can you overpay for a card that is so rare? To be honest, even if I was willing to pay thousands of dollars, I probably won't find another 94 Rack Pack Test refractor any time soon :-)
