    I think it is really only possible the pack is resealed for two reasons:

    One, the pack guarantees a superfractor. Anyone who has opened packs/boxes know the stated odds are not good enough to make this claim.

    Secondly, even if it was the rare chance where a superfractor was guaranteed per case, and the person opened every pack and yet to find one, there is no way this person says "well here is the superfractor I am going to put it on ebay". If you buy a case, and are expecting a superfractor, you are going to open until you find it. Especially if it is the last pack.

    To answer your question. Yes, you will know the pack has been re-sealed. It will be kind of gooey where the original person opened it.

    I bought one hot pack out of curiosity, and have been an active member in the hobby for a while now, hence my knowledge on the subject. I don't sell them, nor make them if some people have come to this conclusion. Just being safe!
