Santa brought me a groin pull for Xmas. I do not wish that on anyone. Moving definately hurts, with mine image being kicked in the walnuts everytime you moved the wrong way.
Basically just need to take it easy. Mine wasn't as serious as I first thought and went away after about a week of taking it easy. Oh and plenty of aspirin......

I feel your pain Dan. Its not fun. One thing to help is take nice warm bathes and then ice the area down (not too long). As much as it hurts moving, staying still does not help in recovery time. DON'T do any heavy lifting you will regret that! Just don't over do anything like running (insane) or going to gym!

From experience, those take a long time to get well...You can't be jackin' around and tweeking it, because every time you do it seems it takes another week to heal.
