    Spurs dominate the first quarter. Dirk had trouble against smaller guys pestering him, Howard looked like a fool flinging it out of bounds on one possession, Parker was abusing Terry on drives down low, and the Spurs shot well as a team while rotating to whoever needed coverage defensively. If it keeps going like this, we'll see a Spurs blowout win.
