Book Value Not Always Correct
Just sold my Ovechkin Quad Premier Cuts for $199 (that I pulled from a $15 Toys R Us box when they were on sale in a matter of 30-45 minutes after posting it thinking I should have put it higher now lol. Never thought a book value could be so far off on mid end card.

Nice sale, way to take one for the team on the final value fees.
On that same note other than trading and selling here does anyone know of a couple of other auction style sites where you can buy and sell cards?

Those Premier Cuts are going for rather silly amounts - I know that the 3's & 4's are tough pulls and all, but they're going for crazy dollars in the open market. I got my Price at a ridiculously cheap price - no way I'd be able to replicate that feat.
But yeah, isn't the two-headed eBay-PayPal money grab fun?

Discussion of BV is not permitted in the forums - suffice to say it's not an insignificant amount for the higher-ranked Premier Cuts.

Not only that, but Paypal takes fees out of the entire transaction which INCLUDES shipping. Ripoff. You would think that since eBay owns Paypal they could work out 1 fee. But eBay has helped me out a lot over the years when I've needed funds.
