Actually Just found both of these in my grandpa's and dads old cards looking to trade them now..

tbig - give the kid a break.
tiger - he's right, they're not vintage cards, they're recent year reprints. they sell for less than a quarter each

Keep them and enjoy them. Just because monetarily the aren't worth very much, does mean that the cant have personal value to the owner. The are Two of the all time greats, enjoy that for what it's worth. I also agree 19k was rather rude

No ruder than making a guy dig through all his cards make a huge list for you and decide you don't want them.
It was a joke.....
When somebody says they found some Ted Williams and Joe D. in Dad and Grandpa's collection, then you you follow the link and see those cards.
9 of of 10 guys would have the same reaction. I just happened to type it ;mostly because I've dealt with this person before and know for a fact that he's inexperienced. Sometimes, knowledge is a painful process. And, your best teachers are not your favorites.
Good Luck trading! But when cards are not worth the postage it takes to mail them, then perhaps it's not worth making a thread glorifying them like some unearthed gems from years gone past.
