2003 Ichiro UD Super Patch Numbers (Limited to 14)

Hey. I had this in my collection for a while now. Possibly looking to sell it or trade it for a high end basketball card. I'm open to any offers though. It is not numbered on the card but the print run is only 14. This is what it looks like.

For those of you asking, I really don't know the value. These are the 2 closest cards I found:

This is the same year, very similar card, also print run of 14 but with an all-star patch:
