help problem trade
hi
looking for advice on how to deal with problem trade.put trade in dispute.now what happens.is there some kind of mediation that goes on to resolve it.have not heard anything from moderators or site managers.thanks for the read.

Mike, once you have put the trade into dispute, the dispute team takes it from there. Keep an eye on your disputed post as more than likely that is where the staff member will make contact with you. Please be patient as they work quite a few disputes. If you haven't heard from someone working your dispute in the next couple of days, contact me and I'll handle it for you.

you will get a PM every time your dispute is updated. watch for those pms an follow the link and do what you need to do to resolve the issue. i've had to dispute two trades recently...really sick of it
