    Need opinion on Feedback

I recently purchased a few cards from ebay and have started to get them in the mail. Most were sent in bubble mailers or there was at least an attempt to make it "bubblized." However, one card was sent in a plain envelope that you would send any plain jane letter in. I was rather disappointed in this and thankfully the card was low-end.

Would you give this seller negative feedback for sending in a horrible manner? Or maybe just neutral since I actually recieved the card?

I would look back at the initial listing. If he had metioned how he was shipping the cards and they were sent the way it was in the listing, then yes I would leave neutral feedback. If there was no mention of how the cards would be packaged then its your fault for not asking before you bid.

Looks like he charged me $1.50 for a .42 cent stamp and a .03 envelope. Yes it can in in a top loader with no card sleeve.

Depends what they charged you for shipping and what the auction stated. If they overcharged you shipping that would be a neutral with a bad rating on shipping cost.

If the card was undamaged and not a big deal then i wouldn't waste my time thinking about it. Just move on, remember think how you would feel if you received a negative for getting someone the card they had purchased and nothing was wrong with it.

Hmmm, well...if the card isn't damaged I'd just say leave positive.
Very few sellers charge actual cost. :(
Personally, I'd rather pay $1.50 PWE then $3.50 in a bubble mailer.

    positive.

you cant get mad for him overcharging for shipping. most people d othis to cover for the sleeve, top loader, envelope, stamp, and most of all, paypal fees. so nothing wrong there.

the card came in a timley manner.

    the card did actually come.

    the card itself was protected.

    the card came undamaged.

nothing to complain about unless he said he would ship in a bubble mailer or you requested it.

Very true, yet that bold part violates eBay policies.
A lot of sellers pad/hike their shipping prices to cover listing/paypal fees and will blatantly admit to doing so.
    I report them immediately!
