Saying good bye to Jeff

Jeff Hardy's contract expires in July, and he has already given his notice to officials that he will not re-sign, as he is burnt out. So this is basically saying goodbye Jeff Hardy.

if he ends up in tna again i will b disappointed but since vince doesnt want to give him the push he deserves i.e. 1 month title reign that ended horribly i understand y he'd leave. the i quit match at backlash might b jeffs last im guessing which would b a way ffor him to b written off.

I don't see this happening. he may be out for a few months, but he will be back. Unless he feels he has nothing else to accomplish in the wwe.

He's an idiot if his head is so big that he thinks he should carry the title on his shoulder longer than he did. many stars bigger than him never got to or had it for a shorter time. Hes not even looked at as a top star and him being on the very top is probly a ratings killer, he doesnt make nearly the sales of a cena or triple h or undertaker or any of the stars. Yes they need some new faces on top but hes not a new face and he doesnt go over nearly as big as he needs to to be a top star

you couldn't be more wrong about all of the things you said. The Hardy merch is one of the Highest sell in the wwe. well he was champ, Smackdown's ratings were up. He IS looked at as a top stars. Do you have any idea how many female fans he brings in. Him leaving isn't about The title, its about burn out. he's tired. He's had horrible year in 2008. So I'm sure he just needs a few months off from the road.

Yeah maybe his merch sales were high when he won the title, you may recall way back when randy orton wasnt popular at all and was in evolution then won the title and went face the very next day he was super face and sold like hot cakes which didnt last.

As far as him being looked at as a top star, my friend no he is not. Yeah he had some pushes throughout 2008(which usually didnt pan out) but other than that where do I remember him always, IC champ somewhere fueding with mid card wrestlers ALWAYS or trying to win the IC. A 4 or 5 month stint doesnt really change that. They gave him the title cause like lots of people who put in all that work for so many years yeah he deserved to get it once, I agree there. He may one day(if he comes back) even get it again but I doubt it. He fueded for the ic title last year more than the heavyweight title

the public at large doesnt see him as a top star he doesnt get nearly the pop of most big stars, they also realise that he is terrible at acting/on the mic and thats always held him down too. If they saw him as a top star he wouldnt have only held the title a month and fueded for the IC title his whole career

you are speak on your opinion of him. you don't like him and that's fine. I hate John Cena, But I still admit that he is a HUGE draw. Jeff Hardy puts butt in the seats. Period. I would put money on it, if you asked fans who they would like to see wrestler more, John Cena or Jeff hardy. More people would say Jeff hardy.

The Hardy have been one of the BIGGEST draws in the WWE since about 2000. Can someone back me up here?

If given the chance Hardy could be as big as someone like Shawn Michaels or possibly Steve Austin. However, he has not been given the chances because Vince does not trust him, which is kind of understandable.

He has always been VERY over and his merch sales aren't as high as someone like Cena because no one has sold that much since The Rock or Austin. His sales are very high though. It's up to him to decide his future and if he wants a break then he should take a break because that's the way the business is. Or maybe just ask for a vacation, lol.

I think this may be one of the seven signs of the apocalypse, but I am totally in agreement with everything BigEvil has said here--this guy is totally confused.
