ebay question

I bought a soccer shirt in early February from Australia. I gave it 3 weeks to arrive (more than enough time) then i contacted the seller. I received no reply. I opened a claim with paypal and waited 10 days, no reply. Then i turned the claim into a dispute.

First i received a message from paypal saying they asked the seller for shipping confirmations and were waiting for a reply.

Today i got this:

We have received confirmation that the package associated with this claimwas shipped and are continuing our investigation into this matter. You willbe contacted if we require any additional information.

Thank you for your cooperation and we appreciate your patience as we worktowards a fair conclusion to this matter.

So basically i just lost my cash, or can i still hope for something to come out of this?

Almost 3 months have passed so the chances i get the shirt are next to 0...

They must have proof it was shipped, however, I think they need proof it was delivered too. Keep up hope.

I have my fingers crossed. After their final decision, if it goes the seller way i´ll surely make some noise.

The guy has +500 feedback with 98% positive and he didn´t bother answer a single e-mail.

And it was a shirt i really wanted. I´m really ****** about this.

Well i got my shirt today, it was sent on April 20th according to the stamp, almost 2 months after the seller said he sent it. I guess he only sent it because of the dispute.

Now i have another issue. I tried to leave feedback (negative obviously) but i get this message:

We are unable to add your feedback for 1 transaction
Here's why:

o This item number does not exist
o Or you have already left feedback.


Any sugestions?

be happy you got the shirt i guess..to be honest who cares after the transaction is already done. i know it helps people from not being so quick to deal with him again but as long as you know not to deal with him again why should you care since you got your item

True, but if it was me, I'll call ebay and try to leave negatuive feedback anyway. People like that should not be making deals anywhere
