Ya sorry it doesn't say "guaranteed"

It says "find 1 of 16 randomly game used memorabilia sets (1:20 packs*)
*each pack contains 4 cards plus one game used memorabilia card or one he shoots he saves redemption card.

This is posted under "news" on their website. It seems the odds are greatly in my favour to get a GU card. They went as far as they could without actually saying "guaranteed"
I took redemption to mean that I was going to end up with a card no matter what,a false assumption on my part. I didnt realize it was a redemption point of which you need 250 to get a chance at a card ,.

So I decided that rather than cancel or delay the product, I would reduce the number of cases produced and therefore increase the number of inserts in the boxes that had already been ordered."

I asked ITG if they could hook me up after this (I didn't really expect them too) They replied that they couldn't do that which is understandable considering any old jerk could email them saying they got screwed on a box lol I'm pretty sure that I'm the only guy to get a box like this and overall I'm happy with the service I received. We had a back and forth all day and they replied to my emails within minutes.

I think I'm just going to flog some of my cards to get a BTP fund going so I can buy a box from one of the dealers on here. I used to think my guy was the pinnacle of honesty, now he may be some sort of evil genius. Of all the overpriced boxes I've bought from him I have never pulled anything really notable.
